Brainstorm is unpredictable, self-centered, and somewhat prone to bouts of excitement. The two things he loves the most are guns and being the center of attention. He is highly intelligent and is happy to remind you of that fact. He doesn't have many friends, but he'll go to hell and back for the ones he has.

Physical Affection: Not fond of touching unless you've actually gotten to the friendship level. At that point, he is very receptive to it, if not very good at giving it.
Flirting/Romance: Technically open to it. He has a crush on Perceptor back in his own universe, but that doesn't mean he's not romancable. That said, he's scared of showing even a tiny modicum of vulnerability, so if he likes you, he's not going to make the first move. He will simply pine from afar. If you flirt with him he will not be normal about it.
Fighting/Violence/Injury: He's a wuss and a bit of a coward. He won't fight unless it's to immediately defend himself. That said, please go ahead and try to punch him. He will probably pull a bullshit weapon on you. Critical/permanent injuries or death should be discussed with me first but it's not off the table.
